Sean P. PallatroniSean P. Pallatroni is an EMMY® Award-winning composer, songwriter, music director and pianist. Originally from Bedford NH, Sean completed his undergraduate degree in Music Composition at the Hartt School (University of Hartford) and holds his MFA from the Tisch School’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, NYU.
Sean writes for musical theatre, classical chamber ensembles, jazz bands, choir, and orchestra, and regularly musically directs and arranges for Broadway performers and actors across New York City.
Sean currently coaches and accompanies students at Pace University’s Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance departments. He is the recipient of Hartt’s “Edward Diamente Award for Distinguished Undergraduate Composition,” and winner of the 2010 Alabama Orchestra Association’s Composition Competition for his work “When the Grass Was Still Green.”
Sean has years of experience as a music instructor, working with elementary to high school theatre groups, choirs, and general music. Sean had also privately taught jazz piano, classical, voice, music theory and composition lessons.
